I am an entrepreneur and HR professional with more than 15 years of experience in HR, recruitment and consultancy across technology-driven industries such as IT, engineering and HR tech. Throughout my career, I have focused on building and scaling companies, developing talent and helping organizations design HR and recruitment strategies that truly work. I co-founded and helped grow a technical consultancy business that expanded into a team of over 100 professionals, gaining hands-on experience in scaling organizations, building recruitment teams and developing client portfolios across multiple sectors. Today I am the founder of Inguz, where I work with companies on recruitment strategy, HR technology, talent acquisition and interim HR leadership.
